About Volha Charnysh
Volha is a contributing writer and cartoonist for Across the Aisle. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in Government at Harvard University, where she studies balancing and bandwagoning behavior in the post-Soviet region and the relationship between regime type and nuclear policy.
