		<description>NO WAY.  Bad precedent.  Presidents don&#039;t make use of former presidents because it diminishes their stature.  Except in a few cases, like the 5 presidents appealing for NAFTA together in 1996.  Why not argue for Holbrooke if you&#039;re looking for someone skilled in negotiation?  Or Tony Blair...  oh, yeah.</description>
