		<description>The key is getting habeas corpus attached to legislation that must pass, like the Defense authorization.  A stand alone bill on habeas, which some are promoting, would be easily vetoed by Bush, who is already on record opposing habeas, human rights and the Constitution by backing the Military Commissions Act in the first place.</description>
